Momma Kristen was awesome enough to be the model for my first milk bath shoot that I posted recently. Her baby girl arrived a couple weeks later! I normally go to my clients home to shoot newborn sessions, but Kristen’s home is currently under renovation so that wasn’t an option. My house is usually filled with dogs and crazy kiddos so that’s not ideal either!

I asked my friend Brittany Kemberling with Kimby Family Photography if she would like to collaborate for this shoot and use her studio! We live pretty close to one another and our kiddos are great friends. I was super excited that she agreed and I think the photos turned out so adorable! Chase, Justin and baby Davis are all anxiously awaiting for baby Currie to arrive! They’re waiting to find out the gender! I can’t wait! We wandered around the Botanical Gardens where Chase and Justin got married. It was BEAUTIFUL!!! We had so much fun with this perfect little family! Nixon brought his Dory lunchbox full of choo choo’s and we even got to see a couple of real trains! I loved hearing his little voice saying “Nudah one?! Nudah one?!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oh my goodness, Mimi is perfect in every way! It was like she practiced being the cutest, happiest little 6 month old on the planet! I could photograph her all day everyday. So grateful I get to watch this sweet girl grow up. I was so excited to do this beautiful shoot with Kristen! My sidekick Bri and I planned this about a month ago and everything went as planned! I even got to feel her little kicks and see her moving all around!

When Christina asked me to do this shoot for her, I was so excited. I have never done an intimate maternity session before and I knew it was going to be amazing. Christina’s radiance and confidence shines through in these images that she will cherish forever. I’m still blown away every time I think about what a woman’s body goes through to grow a baby. It is so amazingly beautiful and fascinating. Everyday she is one day closer to meeting her sweet little princess. Little August got to show his adorable little smile in some of the photos as well! He’s going to be an amazing big brother!

I had such a wonderful time with this picture perfect family! Little Whit is going to be a big brother! His little sister should be arriving very soon. He perfected the dinosaur growl during our shoot, pretty much refused to give any kisses, but managed to get the award for most adorable blue-eyed little guy ever! Alicia and Lochlan just moved to Tucson recently and decided to do a desert shoot on a beautiful day! Lochlan is too adorable with his blonde curls and sweet smile! He is definitely a little independent man who LOVES rocks! Here are some of my favorites!

So glad I got to do this last minute shoot for the Gillaspy family! Jacquelyn’s mom was in town visiting so they scheduled a photoshoot together before she left! Angelica and I have been trying to coordinate our schedules for a long while! We finally found the perfect day to take some photos of her and her 3 beautiful children.  She is one blessed momma.
