I was so excited when Kevin asked me to do maternity photos for his family! We went to high school together and I haven’t seen him in forever! His beautiful wife Shannon was GLOWING and his daughter Sierra was as cute as can be. I can’t wait to meet their baby girl!

I had so much fun with this cute family. Last time I photographed Stark he was a tiny little newborn. Now he’s almost a grown up ONE year old!!!! He is the happiest little guy ever. Here are some of my favs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I usually meet my couples before the wedding, but in this case I didn’t. I walked into the room at Westward Look not knowing anything about the bride and groom. We were greeted by Raquel’s mom, sister and Raquel and immediately knew I was going to love this wedding. Raquel’s sweet smile and energy just radiated throughout the whole room. THEN the magic happened. I asked if she got a good night’s rest and she told me her and Vlad went to Taco Bell for dinner and had Chalupas. I……Love…..Her! Her humor was right up my alley.
Then I met Vlad and his brother. They welcomed us the same and I loved seeing them work as a team to get all dressed up.
The ceremony and reception were at the beautiful Tohono Chul Park. Raquel and Vlad are just perfect for each other. They have so much fun together and they always managed to keep smiles on each others faces!
The vendor team was AMAZING! The K family was back in town visiting for Memorial Weekend and they invited me to take photos for them again! Polly and Callen looked so adorable in their red, white, and blue. Jet black hair, tiny fingers and toes, a mom, dad and fur-baby sis who adore him, and the sweetest little demeanor of all! All things that describe sweet baby Jacob!

I met the Johnson family for the first time last week. We found a wide open field for their two very energetic boys to run freely! I will be forever envious of the energy reserve that boys are born with.
We watched them run A LOT, played bubbles, sang songs, played with some horses, and ate lots of snacks! Here are some highlights.

Find your tribe and love them hard. I had such a wonderful time with this family. They were full of laughs, love, appreciation and fun. Tubac is beautiful and they just added to the beauty!

I’ve known Kristen for many years, but haven’t seen her in a looooong time. I remember when Ari, her oldest daughter, was born! Now she is a stunning, sweet 12 year old! Taylor, her youngest, is a spunky, energetic, hilarious soul….my kinda girl. This mama has done such an amazing job raising these girls and I had a blast spending the afternoon with them!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I wish Michelle and Chip could get married 500 more times! I was so excited to shoot at the Desert Museum and even more excited when they said they would be bringing out some creatures to share with all the guests! They brought out a hawk, a tarantula, turtles, a snake, and some super cool lizard creature. Michelle and Chip have THE CUTEST little angel Juniper who got walked down the isle in her June Buggy!  I also have to say that the food, which was catered by the Desert Museum’s own Leif from Rojo Catering was one of the most amazing meals I have had at a wedding!

The Soiree Girls Jenn and Akiko did an amazing job on the flowers and the on wedding planning. A few other vendors that made this day possible were Dr Costa on guitar, Jessica at the Sonoran Desert Museum, DJ Elia with Muse, and the wonderful Alexis Jones for second shooting with me!

Kennedy is just SO beautiful inside and out. She was the sweetest subject to photograph with the most mesmerizing blue eyes. You could tell her horses just adored her because while we were working with one, the other one would be making a fuss in the stall (jealousy!!).
We got lucky with a gorgeous sunset and we got to include beautiful Old Blue (the truck) into some photos!
